Witty lines from Unhappy Hipsters undermine all that is serious in the lifestyle shoots of Dwell magazine. I’m a fan of the great visuals Dwell finds and presents, yet Unhappy Hipsters offers a quite interesting twist to the feeling the original photographs are supposed to invoke. It intrigues me to keep going back for more.

Updated portfolio from Creative Director at Un.titled UK, James Warfield, presents a collection of his print, web and personal works produced in the past few years. Love his use of typography.
“London Undercover was established by designer Jamie Milestone in 2008 with the aim to turn around the humble umbrella and allow it to reach its true potential as a fashion accessory.”
As a new brand, London Undercover aimed to design the package to be as eye-catching as possible so they would stand out in a busy store. Everything from the small, portable tube package to the 4 different neon colors on black accompanied with clean typography treatment, this packaging design is definitely intriguing. The innovative design also reflects in the use of envimental materials, such as recycled canvas, recycled metal shafts and frames and biodegradable handles.

Stunning portraiture by Photographer Benoit Paillé
23-year old Illustrator Andrew Archer has some awesome color palettes for his illustrations. The influence of Japanese monga and American comic books is apparent. The slightly desaturated colors give off a nostalgic feeling and the use of negative space and lack of color makes everything more airy. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do…
Buenos Aires based designer Pablo Alfieri updates his portfolio. Although load time takes a little longer than expected, great works are worth the wait… Check out Playful here.
